Masag4U is NOT currently “in-network” with any major medical insurance companies. However, some medical insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits. Please call our office for an explanation of how this works.
The Department of Labor and Industries is responsible for managing injured workers. While OWCP is responsible for Federal Employees, there are no direct medical costs for care when the injuries were sustained on the job. Our insurance department works closely with your L&I claims manager to ensure proper documentation and communication regarding your case.
I accept all major AUTO insurance policies. Many insured parties in Washington State carry Personal Injury Protection (PIP coverage) so that in the event you sustain injuries while in a vehicle your medical costs are covered. You will need a medical referral from your MD, DC, ND, or OD before we can begin treatment. If you have any questions about how to get a referral, please contact us at (360) 627-9241 and our staff can assist you.
**NOTE** As a courtesy to patients, I am happy to verify insurance coverage and submit an invoice for massage services rendered to the insurance carrier. However, verification of benefits and submitting insurance claims are NOT a guarantee of payment.
At the time of billing, a final determination of payment for claims will be made. If payment or partial payment is denied, it will be the patient’s responsibility to pay the charges in full at that time
